Nordic skiing in the Villgraten Valley
The 10 km cross-country ski trail stretches along the entire valley with an altitude difference of 90 meters. If you are not yet familiar with the endurance sport of cross-country skiing, you can of course also take part in a cross-country skiing course. Equipment is provided by the local ski rental shop “Albert's Sportgeräteverleih” right in the center of Innervillgraten, which will find the perfect equipment for everyone.
A new addition is the Innervillgraten sun trail. Starting at the parish church in the center of town, you ski across flat meadows into the valley before looping back to the center of town.
Cross-country skiing highlight
The absolute highlight for cross-country skiing enthusiasts takes place every year on the third weekend in January: the “Dolomitenlauf,” where around 3,000 participants from all over the world compete for gold against a dream backdrop.
